Veil

• At the marriage of Safiyya and the prophet, the people mean: If he (the Holy Prophet) would make her wear the veil, then she would be a (free married) woman, and if he would not make her wear the veil, then she should be a slave woman (muslim 16:102, Bukhari. 64:253,67:23)  (the veil to differ between slave and free Muslim women)
• Umar told the prophet that women should be veiled and after that the revelation for the veil fell (Bukhari 79:14,)
• Sauda want to go out to response the call of the nature, Umar said to her: you can not conceal from user(she was bulky) and she said it to Mohammed and he received a revelation which grants her permission to go out and pertain to the veil (muslim 39:23-25*)
• when the verse of the veil  was revealed  to read  tore their thick outer garments and made veils from them(abudawud 34.82-83)

In comparison to men

• INTELLIGENCE
  • these people led by women will never have success (bukhari 64: 447, 92:50) (after the Persian daughter of khosrau came to power/ruler)
  •  the witness of a woman is half the one of the hoe because of the deficiency of the spirit of the woman (Bukhari 52:22) (confirm in the Qur’an)
  •  Men reach a certain level of perfection, but women not except mary, Asia daughter of Pharaoh and Aisha (Bukhari 60: 84. 104)
• OTHERS
  • M: The Tasbih is for men and clapping is for women (nasai 13:29-32)
  • the urine of a female should be washed and the urine of a male should be sprinkled over until the age of eating (abudawud 1:377)
  • sacrificial meat for the birth of a child. for a boy two sheep and one for a girl (nasai 40:2-7)

Dower

• . … she gets her dower for the intercourse her husband has had… (abudawud 12.38)

Inheritance

• the man  receives as an inheritance the equivalent of the portion of 2 women (Bukhari 85:16) to confirm in the Quran (…)

Authority of her husband  / Sex / Right of  husband/ dominance

• It is not permissible for a woman to give a gift from her wealth, once her husband has marital authority over her (nasai 34:38-39)
• the verse 2.224 (“Your wives are a tilth unto you; so go to your tilth when or how you will”) was revealed after the jews said that If one has sexual intercourse with his wife from the back, then she will deliver a squint-eyed child. (bukhari 65:51)
• A woman should not set out on three (days’ journey) except when she has a Mahram(parent or husband) with her.(muslim 15:462-475, Bukhari 30:101)
• a woman can not travel without her husband and no man can visit her without the presence of her husband (Bukhari 28:42)
• No person (man) should be alone with a woman except when there is a Mahram with her. (muslim 15:476-478)
• – It is not allowed to a woman to be alone with a hoe or to travel alone (except mi ​​with her husband, brother, father ..) (Bukhari 56: 215)
• When a woman spends the night away from the bed of her husband, the angels curse her until morning. (muslim 16:141-144) and what about the women when their husband doesn’t want.
• if a man calls his wife in Bed(for sexual relation) and she refuses => the angels will curse her till morning (Bukhari 59:48, 67:127-128)
• When a woman annoys her husband, his wife in paradise (Houris) curse her that Allah destroys her (ibnmajah 9:170

• When a woman fascinates any one of you and she captivates his heart, he should go to his wife and have intercourse with her, for it would repel what he feels. (muslim 16:10-12*)
• Umar said: the people among the Quraish dominated women, and as we reached Medina we found their people who were dominated by their women, and our women began to learn (the habits) of their women. (Bukhari 46:29, muslim 18🙂
• Umar explains that: among the Quraish (tribute of Muhammed and Omar of Mecca) the hoes had authority over women. And the women of the Ansars (Muslims of Medina) had the upper hand on the women => their wives took his BABABITS of the others and answered their husbands => he discussed with his wives and spoke to them no more for me? => revelation of Allah women must choose separation or Allah, the prophet and afterlife? (Quran 33.28) Aisha knowing that her parents will never support her in separation, chose Allah, the prophet, and the afterlife (Bukhari 46:29)
• if any woman asks her husband for divorce without some strong reason, the odor of paradise will be forbidden to her (abudawud 13.52)
• a woman should not fast except with the permission of his husband and should not allow anyone to enter his house except with his permission (Bukhari 67:126. 129, abudawud 14.146-147)
• Without Eve no woman would betray her husband (Bukhari 60:72)
• None of you should flog his wife as a slave and have sexual intercourse with her in the last part of the day (Bukhari 67:138)
• The rights of wives over their Husband are that they have to treat them well in clothing them and feeding them (tirmidhi 12:18)

Hair

• Allah sends His curses upon such ladies who lengthen their hair artificially [and the lady who does tattoos and gets tattoos] (Bukhari 67:139, 77:148-158. 163-164)

Hell

• The majority of people in hell are women because they curse and are ungrateful to their husbands frequently and they have deficient in intelligence and religion (Bukhari 6:9*, 24:65, 67:130-132, 81:38, 81:135, 59:52)
• A woman whose children die (3-2 children) will protect from hell (Bukhari 3:43)

Beating

• At the Farewell Pilgrimage, M. allowed the Muslims to forsake their wives in their beds and hit them/evil behavior, but without causing injury or leaving a mark(not harmful beating), when they commit indecency (Ibn majah 9:7,  tirmidhi 47:3367)
• Umar told the prophet that women do not respect their husbands and the prophet gave permission to tap them (Abudawud 12: 101, ibn Majah 9: 141-142) (Quran 4:34)
• A woman comes to complain about her husband at Aischa and shows him a green stain of the bastonade. women supported each other. Aischa says she has no woman to suffer like believing women. her husband says she is disobedient (because of sexual dissatisfaction) (Bukhari 77:42)
• the caning of women must not hurt (tirmidhi 47: 3367) (not authentic hadiths)
• It is no good to lash his wife like a slave (Bukhari 65:463) (but it is allowed to do that)
• Abu Bakr hit violently Aischa and she has pain (it had hurt her) (bukhari 65:129-130)
• Umar hits his wife in the middle of the night, the guest (Ash’ath) separated them and Umar said to him that: „A man should not be asked why he beats his wife“ (ibnmajah 9:142. Hasan/good- not sahib/authentic)
• Thabit ibn Qays Shimmas beats his wife and broke some of her parts. She complained  by the prophet and he separates them (abudawud 13:54)
• … Don’t strike her (wife) on the face … (abudawud 12.97)

Degrading

• if a dog, a donkey, or a woman passes next to a person who prays the prayer is canceled => Aischa: you (women) compared to the dog and ane? (Bukhari 8: 158, 161) (what’s a dog, donkey in common with a woman?
• If a dog, a donkey, or a woman passes in front of people who pray, the prayer is canceled (Bukhari 8: 158, 161) it is not good that women are equal to the dog and donkey (Bukhari 8: 166 )
• A woman of the prophet prayed and blew, she took a dish and half underneath and continued to pray (Bukhari 6:14, 7: 7)
• An evil omen is in the woman, the horse, and the house (Bukhari 56:75, 67:31-33)

Women in paradise

• Martyr: will take his place in paradise, forgive himself for his sin, will not suffer the torture of the grave, marry women, and is allowed to incur for 7 of his relatives (ibnmajah 24: 47) (not sahih)
• Allah is going to marry everyone in paradise with 72 women, 2 Houris and 70 coming from hell and they will have penis always exits (ibnmajah 37: 238) (weak hadith)

Women creation

• woman are created from the rib (Bukhari  67:120*, 60:6, muslim 17:79-80, ibnmajah 1:259, riyadussaliheen 1:273)
• The woman is like a rib. When you attempt to straighten it, you would break it. And if you leave her alone you would benefit by her, and crookedness will remain in her. (muslim 17:77-80)
• Woman are created from a rib and the most crooked portion of the rib is its upper part (Bukhari 60:6, 67:120*)

Captive of war/sex slave

• after the battle of Hanain (where the Muslims won) Mohammed had a revelation allowing Muslim to have sex with the married women of the polytheists (though the Muslims refrain from doing that)(Muslim 17:41-45)
• on the expedition to the Bi’l-Mustaliq and the Muslims took captive some excellent Arab women and So they decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing The ruling on coitus interrupts (‘Azl). And Mohammed said that: for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born (muslim 16:147-152)
• a man use to have sex with his slave and practice the coitus interrupts, but Mohammed said that: “but what is decreed for her will come to her” (she could get pregnant if Allah want) and she got pregnant (Muslim 16:159-161)
• … sex with married women (captives) … (abudawud 12.110 )
• The prophet allowed to have sex(coitus interrupts) with captives of war (Bukhari 49:26*,  64:182, 34:176, 67:143*, 82:9*)
• The prophet allows soldiers to have sex with married exclaves (Muslim 17:43, Abudawud 12: 110 – this is forbidden in the Torah Bible)

• • • It is unlawful in the bible(Torah) to have sex with engaged women (Lev 19:20-22) and if a captive please you,  you have to let her mourn their Parents(family) first and take her as wife(with all rights of a wife) and you are not allowed to sell her as a slave (Deu 21:10-14)

Virgin privilege

• illegal sex with a virgin slave (serve punishment) and if it is not virgin a sanction allege (Bukhari 89:10)
• If someone marries a virgin and has a matron = > he should stay with the virgin for 7 days. If he marries a matron and has a virgin => he should stay with the metro 3 days (Bukhari 67:146-147)
