Apostate

after the death of the prophet, some Arabs apostatized(refused to pay the Zakat) and Abu bakr (first caliph and successor of the prophet) decided to fight them (muslim 1:20, Bukhari 88.5-7, 88:7, 96:16)

Stealing/thief – cutting off their hand

a man was brought for thief before the prophet and he ordered to cut off his hand. the accusator said to the prophet: let him have it (don’t punish him for that) (nasai 46:9-14)
a woman committed theft => cut off her hand (Bukhari 62:81, 86:30, Muslim 1688 b:29:14:15(and other one))
The prophet cut the hands of a prophet from a certain sum (Bukhari 86: 18-20 [21-24], Muslim: 29: 9: 11 (for stealing egg, rope))
all the thieves (from the high-class older) must be cut off (Muslim 29:13)
